▶ Generating a BACS file

Do I need to enter supplier bank details every time I want to generate a BACS file? 

No. Once saved in the supplier profile, Scribe will automatically pull these details for every future payment.

What should I do if my bank does not accept the downloaded file?

 Ensure you have selected the correct format for your bank. If issues persist, email hello@scribeaccounts.com as we can often enable specific bank-required layouts. 

Can I pay multiple suppliers at once?

Yes, as long as they are all being paid from the same Council bank account and their details are complete.
