Individual Management Reports for Record Types within Scribe
Individual management reports are available for each record type: Exclusive Right, Memorial, Empty Plot, and Burial within Scribe. These reports are purposefully designed to provide in-depth usage data to better assist you with your cemetery management needs.
Purpose of the Report
This report serves as a valuable resource, providing detailed insights into various factors such as the number of interments in a grave, grave capacity, and depth. Furthermore, the report includes information about the recorded religion, helping to determine the religious preferences and demands of the cemetery.
How to Generate the Report
To generate this report, simply navigate to Reports → Individual Management Report. From there, select the specific record type you wish to explore: Exclusive Right, Memorial, Empty Plot, or Burial.
How to Filter the Report
Our individual management reports offer filtering capabilities to help you delve deeper into the data. By clicking the 'Filter' button, you'll be able to narrow down the report based on different cemetery types and areas, specific date ranges, age brackets, and more, tailoring the information to your specific needs.
How to Download and Print the Report
Once you've generated and tailored the report to your needs, it's straightforward to download and print. Simply click on the 'Actions' button, select your preferred file format, and download it to your device. If you wish to print the report, click on the 'Print' button, make sure your printer settings are adjusted to your preferences, and proceed to print.
