▶ Adding Plots

Adding a plot in Scribe Cemetery ensures accurate record-keeping and helps manage burial spaces efficiently. Follow these steps to add a new plot to your system.

1. Navigate to the Plots Section

   • Select Plots from the left-hand menu.

2. Enter Plot Details

   • Choose the Cemetery Area from the dropdown list.
   • Enter the Grave Number to uniquely identify the plot.

3. Add Additional Information (Optional)

   • Reference & Notes: Add any internal references or notes.
   • Size & Depth: Specify the grave’s size and depth.
   • Remaining Depth & Capacity: Record how much space is left.
   • Future Burial: Tick the box if future burials are possible in this plot.
   • Attached Files: Upload any additional files as required.

4. Save the Plot

   • Click Add to save the plot in the system.
