How to Customise your Bookings Page

Scribe Bookings provides several options to help you manage your bookings and communicate effectively with your customers. Follow this guide to access your unique booking link, add your T&C's and Privacy Policy, and customise your bookings page.

Navigate to Booking Page via the menu on the left.

Unique Booking Link:

  • This link allows your customers to make online enquiries/bookings. 
  • The link can be copied and added to your website, shared on social media, included in emails, and even added to your venue's listing on Google My Business.

Privacy and Terms and Conditions Links:

  • In the designated fields, enter the URLs for your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • These links will be displayed on your bookings page, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Once the Terms and Conditions URL is set, a mandatory tick box will apply to all online enquiries/bookings stating 'I have read and accept the T&C's'.
  • Once the Privacy Policy URL is set, a cookie consent banner will automatically appear on your bookings page.  
About Section:
  • This is a free text field and can be customised as required. This will appear at the top of the bookings screen.
Phone Number:
  • Here you can enter your phone number for booking enquiries and tick the box to display this information online.
  • Ticking this box will also display the email address entered via Account/Council Profile next to "Bookings Council Correspondence Email".
SMS Sender Name:
  • In this field, enter a custom sender name for your SMS notifications. Ensure it is limited to 11 characters and contains no numbers.

Once the above fields have been completed, click on the "View your bookings page" link to see your finalised page. This allows you to review how your booking page appears to users.

 

By following these steps, you can ensure that your booking process is seamless and that your customer have all the necessary information to make online enquiries and bookings.
